What Is the Best AVL Software for Churches?

The best software is usually the software your team can use consistently.

Churches regularly ask us about presentation software, lighting software, DAWs, video production platforms, control systems and streaming tools.

Features matter. Workflow matters more.

Choose software around Sunday workflows

Does the software integrate with the rest of the system? Can volunteers understand it? Can you create templates? Can repetitive tasks be automated?

Is the software stable? Can the system be restored quickly if a computer fails?

A piece of software that can theoretically do everything may not be better than one that makes the ten things you actually do every Sunday simple.

We particularly like tools that allow churches to build repeatable workflows.

Macros, templates and automation can remove a lot of unnecessary Sunday-morning work.

Use technology to make the process simpler—not just more capable.
