We begin our partnership on-site at your church. Day one is dedicated to your gear: we tune your PA, optimize your audio console, and refine your livestream and lighting presets to ensure your system is performing at its peak.
Day two is dedicated to your people: we lead a hands-on training intensive that moves your volunteers from "button-pushers" to confident technicians.
The biggest challenge for most churches is consistency. Every week, we host a 30-minute virtual coaching session with your tech leaders or volunteers.
We review your previous weekend’s service, troubleshoot any technical bottlenecks, and provide specific coaching to prepare your team for the upcoming Sunday. You get an expert in your corner to solve problems in real-time.
Growth requires maintenance. Six months into the program, we return to your campus for a full day of advanced training and system tune-ups.
