Is Professional AVL Consulting Worth the Cost?
Updated: Oct 12
It depends on what the consultant actually does.
If consulting means somebody walking through your building and handing you a shopping list, we understand why churches question the value.
Good consulting should help you avoid expensive mistakes.
It should identify why your existing system is struggling.
It should help leadership understand priorities.
It should create a plan that accounts for the room, ministry, volunteers, infrastructure and budget.
It should also be willing to say, “You don't need to buy that.”
That matters.
One unnecessary equipment purchase can easily cost more than getting good advice in the first place.
The best outcome of consulting isn't more gear.
It is clarity.
